How to Order

Choose a category from the list on the left e.g. Farm Assured Meat, Poultry & Game

A list of products will then be displayed. You can always view a larger image and a more detailed description by clicking on either the thumbnail image or the product title. Select the size or flavour you require from the drop down box & amend the quantity if required. When you have made your selection click the buy button.

An information box will appear asking you to click ok to view the shopping basket or cancel to continue shopping. Once you have clicked either OK or Cancel the box will disappear and you will either be taken to the checkout or back to the product page you were on.

You can continue adding items to your shopping basket, once you are happy with your selection click the checkout button at the top of the screen. You will be taken to a display of the products in your shopping basket.

You can change the quantities or remove any unwanted items from your shopping basket at this point.

Select your delivery area from the drop down box.

Finally choose your method of payment from the drop down box. Either PROTX Secure Online Credit Card Payment or Credit Card by Fax/Post or Telephone or pay on collection from the Barwells Food shop or your Fine Food and Wine Society account.

Then click on "Click here to Purchase £**.**" button.

You will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button.

If you are paying by PROTX Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to a secure form which will encrypt your credit card details so that they cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person (a padlock or key will be visible, in different areas on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Netscape browsers). Once you entered credit card details click on AUTHORIZE PAYMENT and your encrytped details will be sent to Barwells Food and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.

If you have paid for your order by credit card the name that will appear on your statement is T Harper & Son Limited.
