We are members of FABBL & BBEX Quality Standard Schemes, and comply with their strict specification for us to supply quality meat.. It is important to know where your food comes from and so animals need to be identifiable and traceable back to their farms of origin, and moved in clean vehicles so beef and lamb produced is free from contamination and safe to eat.
