Creamy Garlic Steak l Serves 2 l Cooking time: Approximately 2 - 6mins Ingredients l 2 Barwells Sirloin Steaks l 50g (2oz) Soft Garlic & Herb Cheese l 90ml (6tbsp) Semi Skimmed Milk l 15ml (1tbsp) Oil Method 1. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and fry the steaks, until done to likening turning over the steak as required. 2. In a saucepan add cream cheese and semi skimmed milk and heat through gently to make a sauce. 3. Pour sauce over steak or serve on the side 4.
